Coforge reported a 53.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to ₹6,170.8 crore in Q2 FY27, supported by Encora’s full-quarter contribution and the company’s continued focus on AI-led engineering. The IT services company also raised its FY27 EBIT margin guidance to 16%.
Revenue increased 11.6% sequentially from ₹5,527.7 crore in Q1 FY27. Profit attributable to shareholders rose 13.4% quarter-on-quarter to ₹588.1 crore, compared with ₹518.6 crore in the previous quarter. EBITDA rose 67.3% year-on-year to ₹ 1,269.7 crore, with a margin of 20.6%.
The company’s order intake reached $1.04 billion in total contract value during the quarter. Its executable order book for the next 12 months stood at $2.38 billion, up 45% year on year. Coforge signed eight large deals during the quarter, its highest number in a single quarter, CEO and Executive Director Sudhir Singh said.
Singh said Coforge recorded 10.1% sequential growth and 40.1% year-on-year growth in US dollar terms, alongside 3.8% organic constant-currency growth.
Coforge raised its FY27 EBIT margin guidance from 15.5% to 16% and is targeting 17% in FY28. The outlook comes as Indian IT services firms face questions about how to capture the economic value of AI.
The board gave in-principle approval to establish Momentuum Blue in the US to build a talent pool of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). These engineers work directly with client teams to adapt and deploy technology in business environments. The rise of forward-deployed engineering reflects the growing emphasis on embedding engineering talent within customer teams. Coforge said it would share further details on Momentuum Blue later.
During the quarter, Coforge also introduced CXNova, an agentic customer experience orchestration platform, and announced an expansion of its Kraków engineering centre in Poland as an AI engineering and nearshore delivery hub. The centre was expected to grow to more than 660 professionals by 2027.
Coforge completed its acquisition of Encora in April 2026, with consolidation beginning in May. The acquisition expanded the company’s engineering capabilities and increased its scale, making year-on-year comparisons less straightforward.
