
Thoughtworks, a global technology consultancy, has appointed Kaushik Sarkar as the regional managing director for Europe, the Middle East, and India (EMEI).
Sarkar will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing Thoughtworks’ AI-first software delivery and data engineering capabilities across the region. His role will also focus on expanding the company’s go-to-market strategy in key industries such as financial services, automotive, healthcare, life sciences, public sector, and retail.

Prior to joining Thoughtworks, Sarkar served as president of Collabera Digital, a product engineering and technology services firm operating across EMEA and APAC. With over 25 years of experience in global technology consulting, he has held leadership roles at Cognizant, GlobalLogic, IBM, and TCS.
