SatSure and Dhruva Space have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to offer end-to-end Earth observation-as-a-service (EOaaS) solutions. The partnership will provide satellite development, launch support, ground infrastructure, analysis-ready data, and industry-specific insights.
It combines SatSure’s data and analytics capabilities with Dhruva Space’s expertise in satellite platforms and integration. The agreement follows SatSure’s subsidiary KaleidEO qualifying sub-metre optical and multi-spectral payloads, and Dhruva Space’s investment in India’s largest private satellite integration and testing facility.
“This partnership is poised to boost our sovereign EO capabilities and create a complete package for end customers who need both high-quality data and end-to-end solutions,” said Prateep Basu, founder and CEO of SatSure.
Focus on Scalability
According to the companies, this collaboration aims to provide a “one-stop shop support” for the world’s growing Space-based observation needs. The two companies aim to meet the growing demand for EO data across strategic and commercial users.
The partnership is also expected to reduce mission delays, lower costs, and enhance accessibility to EO data, aiming to provide a seamless experience from satellite development to data delivery, contributing to India’s position in the global Space economy.

KaleidEO, launched in 2022, has developed two advanced EO payloads designed to deliver high-resolution data. Dhruva Space, with four years of operational experience, is constructing a 280,000-square-foot spacecraft manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. The facility supports spacecraft up to 500 kg and will play a key role in the EOaaS delivery pipeline.
