Salesforce on Tuesday announced the second phase of its brand collaboration with Rahul Dravid, former head coach of the Indian Men’s cricket team. The campaign centres around Agentforce, the company’s AI-powered platform for sales, service, and marketing.
The new phase builds on last year’s ‘Growing with India’ campaign and is designed to show how businesses can use Agentforce to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. It includes digital films featuring Dravid in everyday business roles, alongside large-scale promotions across major Indian cities.
“At the core of this campaign is our commitment to helping Indian businesses grow,” said Nipun Sharma, senior director at Salesforce India. “Agentforce is more than just a product—it’s a reflection of our deep understanding of what Indian enterprises need to scale sustainably and competitively.”
In the two digital films, Dravid plays a bike dealership owner and a resort manager, using Agentforce to manage customer relationships. “I’ve always believed that success, whether in cricket or business, is driven by consistency, adaptability, and the right strategy,” Dravid said in the film. “This is what makes Agentforce so powerful. It is a transformative force, empowering our existing customers to excel in sales, service, and marketing with precision and trust.”
Sambit Mohanty, creative head (North and South) at McCann Worldgroup, said, “B2B marketing doesn’t have to be boring. Our work for Agentforce reflects how technology, when made accessible and human, can drive real change. Also, with Dravid on board, we had the perfect blend of authenticity and relatability to convey this message wittily.”
The campaign continues Salesforce’s focus on delivering measurable business outcomes for Indian enterprises through digital transformation.
