LTIMindtree has launched BlueVerse, a new business unit offering a comprehensive suite of AI-driven services designed to help companies adopt and scale AI across operations. The initiative is aimed at turning AI from a concept into real business value by streamlining development and deployment for enterprises.
The BlueVerse ecosystem includes over 300 specialised AI agents across industries and functions, all built to work seamlessly within existing systems. LTIMindtree said the platform is grounded in responsible AI practices and is designed for both scalability and enterprise-grade security.
At launch, BlueVerse introduces pre-built solutions for two key areas: Marketing Services and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). While the marketing toolkit is geared toward boosting campaign performance and ROI, the CCaaS solution uses AI agents to shorten response times and improve customer service.
The ecosystem also includes BlueVerse Foundry, which combines a no-code builder and pro-code editor to help companies create and deploy AI agents, tools, RAG pipelines, and automated business processes without extensive technical expertise.

The BlueVerse launch is part of LTIMindtree’s broader push to position itself as a leader in enterprise AI transformation.
Earlier this year, LTIMindtree announced a strategic partnership with Google to drive business transformation through Agentic AI, leveraging Google Cloud technologies to accelerate GenAI adoption and reshape the cloud landscape for clients globally.
Meanwhile, in the Salesforce ecosystem, LTIMindtree has earned accreditation in the Tableau Alliance, enabling close collaboration and early access to beta features in the updated Tableau Next product suite integrated with Salesforce Data Cloud.
