The GenAI platform Darwix has secured $1.5 million in funding, with Rebalance, IPV, and JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation taking the lead, as the Economic Times (ET) reported.
Additional investors include Growth Sense, Growth91, and angel investors such as Ankit Nagori and Amit Lakhotia.
Darwix is an omnichannel GenAI solution that offers conversational intelligence for enterprise sales discussions through its unique large language model (LLM) technology.
Its primary clients are in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) and retail sectors, operating mainly in the US, India, and the Middle East.
Started by IIM graduates Ajay Sethi and Hanit Awal, the startup plans to utilise the funding to enhance product development and broaden market reach. Additionally, it will fortify its team and expand its omnichannel platform into more enterprise applications.
“Enterprises today are overwhelmed by fragmented point solutions or just hit with plain black box scenarios across interactions. Our goal is to offer a unified, generative AI stack that not only understands but also elevates every customer interaction with actionable intelligence and automation,” said Sethi, according to ET.
As per reports, Darwix AI stated that its Transform+ platform provides immediate conversational insights, support for agents, and automation across various channels, including voice, chat, email, and in-person interactions.
“Sales conversations are the heartbeat of any business, and we believe it’s time they became smarter, faster, and more contextual. Darwix AI is focused on creating an ‘agent+AI’ future. Their traction across BFSI and retail validates this direction, and we’re excited to back them as they scale their impact across industries and geographies,” the co-founders at Rebalance said.
As per Tracxn, Rebalance is a community for accelerators and angels that invests in startups founded by women and diverse entrepreneurs. It emphasises the provision of up to $200K in pre-seed or seed capital.
