Fractal Launches Cogentiq, an Agentic AI Platform for Enterprise

Fractal has launched Cogentiq, a new agentic AI platform to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to measurable outcomes. The platform, announced on July 29, is positioned to integrate intelligence into day-to-day workflows by enabling AI agents that can make decisions and take actions based on real-time data.

“Cogentiq represents the future of AI – where intelligent agents actively think, plan, and act within real-world business scenarios,” said Srikanth Velamakanni, co-founder and group chief executive at Fractal. “It moves beyond traditional dashboards to embed intelligence directly into daily workflows, accelerating decisions.”

According to Fractal, many organisations struggle to move past data silos, rigid workflows, and the reliance on technical teams to unlock value from AI. Cogentiq attempts to address these constraints by offering a low-code interface, data connectors, and autonomous agents that operate across business functions.

The platform has been deployed in sectors such as healthcare, insurance, and consumer packaged goods. A healthcare provider using Cogentiq reportedly automated its contact centre auditing process, which led to shorter call durations and improved member interactions.

“Enterprises today are navigating a world rich with data, but what sets us apart is the ability to not just derive insight but act on it, instantly and logically,” said Pranay Agrawal, co-founder and CEO of Fractal US. “With no code and no dependencies from customer support to field sales, businesses can build logical workflows, accelerate decisions, and unlock measurable impact.”

Cogentiq supports integration with structured and unstructured data sources and offers compatibility with various large language models. It includes built-in domain-specific agents for finance, HR, and supply chain functions and adheres to enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
