Live2.ai, an artificial intelligence startup that helps brands analyse social media activity and manage marketing campaigns, has raised ₹130 crore in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, according to an announcement on October 27.
The round includes primary capital for business expansion and a secondary component that provides partial liquidity to early shareholders.
Live2.ai said that it will use the fresh capital to develop its AI agent platform, expand its enterprise business and strengthen its cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. It also plans to expand its engineering, data science and customer success teams across North America, Europe, Singapore and India, the company said.
Live2.ai operates under Woovly India Private Limited, according to its privacy policy. The business was previously part of Woovly, which Xelpmoc Design and Tech included in its portfolio. In a June 2025 earnings call, Xelpmoc described Live2.ai as Woovly’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) business, focused on interactive shoppable videos and live commerce.
The company also offers a shoppable video product through the Shopify App Store. The app allows businesses to add interactive videos to online stores, with features for product discovery, customer engagement and analytics. Its Shopify listing provides public pricing for subscription plans, including an enterprise tier.
Live2.ai’s broader platform monitors brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review websites. The company says its software helps brands identify consumer trends, plan and publish social media content, track campaign performance and audit influencer and user-generated content.
The startup also offers tools to turn content cleared for commercial use into shoppable experiences. It said its platform uses eight AI agents for tasks such as crisis detection, trend identification, campaign auditing and automated responses, with governance controls and human review.
Live2.ai said it serves more than 200 brands across the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia. Its reported customers include Henkel’s Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands and Shiseido.
The company reported fourfold revenue growth over the past 12 months, with 90% of its revenue generated outside India. It has not disclosed its absolute revenue or valuation following the latest funding round.
Live2.ai plans to use the investment to expand its enterprise operations and develop its AI capabilities for customers in international markets.
