Datasite® Partners with Rogo™ for Secure AI Access to M&A Data Rooms

New integration lets approved deal teams use Rogo on live Datasite content without exporting files or bypassing data room permissions

Datasite, a leading AI transaction infrastructure, intelligence and governance platform for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), today announced a partnership with Rogo, an AI platform for financial services. The integration lets approved dealmakers use Rogo’s AI tools on live Datasite deal content without exporting sensitive documents, copying files into another system or bypassing data room permissions.

Deal teams increasingly want AI to review documents, draft materials, verify information and move faster. But AI is only useful when it can access the right data. In M&A, that data, including diligence materials, financials, requests and supporting documentation, already sits inside Datasite’s secure data rooms. Moving files elsewhere can create extra work and increase the risk of using outdated information or exposing sensitive content. Datasite helps solve this by connecting trusted transaction data with the AI tools dealmakers use.

With the Rogo connection, approved users can ask questions about an entire Datasite project, a specific folder or a single document. Rogo shows the source behind its answers, while Datasite permissions continue to control what each user can access.

The partnership builds on Datasite’s broader AI ecosystem, which includes Legora and Harvey, and helps M&A, legal, advisory and investment teams use deal documents in AI workflows while maintaining Datasite’s controls.

“When it’s time to make a decision, dealmakers need fast access to the right information, with the security and compliance their transactions require,” said Nicholas Renter, Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Datasite. “Our partnership with Rogo lets dealmakers apply AI directly to trusted Datasite content — without exporting files or leaving our secure environment — so they can move faster, close more business and deliver greater impact for their investors.”

“Data rooms are where deals actually live,” said Strib Walker, Head of Product at Rogo. “Partnering with Datasite brings critical deal content into Rogo, so deal teams can run diligence against governed, current deal information in the same environment where the rest of their work already happens.”

With Rogo, deal teams can use Datasite content to:

  • Review deal documents. Ask questions about a full project, folder or document, with links back to the source.
  • Create deal materials. Draft summaries, meeting materials, investment memos, buyer materials, question lists and other deal documents using data room content.
  • Work with financial information. Pull and review financial details from the data room to support models, valuations and related work.
  • Track deal progress. Follow new uploads, open requests and other updates, then create summaries for deal teams and clients.

The Datasite connector will be available to Rogo customers with active Datasite projects. By connecting Rogo to permissioned Datasite content, deal teams can review information, draft materials, analyze issues and move deals forward with greater confidence.
