Semiconductor executive brings more than 30 years of experience and a buyer-side perspective on data center and AI infrastructure
Everspin Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRAM), the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM) persistent memory solutions, today announced the appointment of Vikas Choudhary to its board of directors, effective August 10, 2026.
Choudhary has held various executive management positions spanning engineering, product strategy, sales and general management. He currently serves as senior vice president and general manager of the Connectivity and Storage Business Unit at MaxLinear, where he is responsible for business and product strategy for next-generation solutions serving data center, cloud network and enterprise markets.
“Vikas brings a valuable perspective on data center and AI infrastructure, along with more than three decades of semiconductor operating and general management experience,” said Sanjeev Aggarwal, president and CEO of Everspin Technologies. “His experience will be particularly valuable as we expand adoption of our STT-MRAM products in data center and AI applications.”
Before joining MaxLinear in 2024, Choudhary served as vice president of marketing and sales at pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, where he oversaw growth across consumer mobile, connectivity, wireless infrastructure and high-performance multi-market components. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Texas Instruments, PMC-Sierra, later Microsemi, and Analog Devices. He began his semiconductor career as a mixed-signal designer at STMicroelectronics.
“The demands being placed on memory are changing rapidly, particularly in data center and AI infrastructure, and that creates an important opportunity for Everspin,” Choudhary said. “I look forward to bringing my industry and customer perspective to the board as the company works to expand the adoption of its MRAM technology.”
Choudhary holds a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
The appointment follows the retirement of Lawrence Finch from Everspin’s board of directors, effective August 4, 2026.
