Deutsche Börse Group Opens Global Value Centre in Hyderabad, To Create 1,000 Capital Market Engineering Jobs

Deutsche Börse Group, a leading global capital markets technology company headquartered in Frankfurt, opened its global value centre (GVC) in Hyderabad on November 4.

The centre is expected to scale to 1,000 capital market engineers who will build and support next-generation financial market systems used worldwide, as per the release.

The Hyderabad GVC will drive work across data, artificial intelligence, cloud, blockchain and tokenisation, and cybersecurity. Engineers in the new hub will design trading and clearing platforms, develop advanced data systems, and build blockchain-based solutions to support global financial markets.

“Hyderabad today is more than just a city; it has evolved into the global command centre for talent, technology, engineering, and innovation,” D. Sridhar Babu, IT minister of Telangana, said.

“Telangana’s focus is not just on attracting investments, but on creating enduring value partnerships that redefine how technology supports global finance.”

Hyderabad has rapidly become a major centre for global financial and wealth management technology, with firms in the city supporting systems that manage over $30 trillion in assets.

“We are extremely happy and proud to leverage the Hyderabad IT talent to bring our world-class trading, clearing and post-trading systems to the next level, including cloud-native infrastructure enabling data and AI to create the future of financial market infrastructure,” Ludwig Heinzelmann, member of the executive board, Deutsche Börse Group, said.

With this launch, Hyderabad strengthens its position as one of India’s fastest-growing hubs for global capability and value centres in the BFSI sector.

“Deutsche Börse India will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital asset, data and platform capabilities,” Deepak Tripathi, MD, Deutsche Börse India, added.
