Analytics India Magazine (AIM) has launched the Best Firms Council, an invite-only community of senior HR and People Leaders from India’s top data and AI organisations. The Council will bring together leaders driving change in workplace culture, inclusion, and trust across technology-led companies.
The initiative builds on the success of the Best Firms Certification, which recognises organisations that have created high-trust and high-performance environments for data and AI professionals. The Council takes that vision further, giving leaders a platform to collaborate, exchange ideas, and shape how the future of work evolves in this fast-changing industry.
A Platform for Culture and Collaboration
The Best Firms Council has been set up as a forum where CHROs, CPOs, and senior People Leaders can share real-world practices and experiences. It aims to strengthen peer learning within the HR community by encouraging open discussions around culture, employee experience, leadership, and inclusion.
The Council will meet regularly through focused roundtables and knowledge sessions, offering members an opportunity to engage with new research, workplace trends, and AIM’s data-driven insights. The goal is to make these conversations actionable, helping leaders translate ideas into better people outcomes across their organisations.
Why the Council Matters
As AI and data technologies continue to transform work, the expectations from HR leaders have evolved. Building culture in these organisations goes beyond traditional HR, it involves managing hybrid teams, driving inclusion, and building trust in workplaces where data and automation play a central role.
The Best Firms Council was created to help leaders navigate these new realities together. By bringing the right voices into the conversation, the Council aims to set a stronger direction for how workplaces in the AI and data industry are built and sustained.
Who Can Be Part of the Council
Membership to the Council is by invitation only, and includes HR and People Leaders from certified Best Firms as well as other leading organisations in the AI and data ecosystem. Members represent a range of sectors from technology and analytics to consulting, BFSI, and manufacturing, reflecting the growing influence of data-led work culture across industries.
Each member brings their own experience and perspective, creating a diverse community of leaders focused on solving modern workplace challenges through trust, fairness, and collaboration.
Vision for the Future
Over time, the Best Firms Council aims to become a recognised leadership body for workplace culture in the AI and data space. It will contribute to AIM’s annual research on workplace excellence, the Best Firms Index, and flagship events such as Cypher and MachineCon.
Through these platforms, the Council hopes to strengthen the dialogue around people, culture, and innovation, helping organisations in India and beyond create better workplaces for the AI era.
An Invitation to HR Leaders
The Best Firms Council is designed for HR and People Leaders who believe culture plays a key role in organisational success. It offers a space to connect with peers, share insights, and contribute to shaping the standards that define great workplaces in AI and data.
