Mphasis has launched NeoIP, which it calls a “breakthrough” AI platform that brings together several Mphasis AI solutions to enable continuous enterprise transformation and competitive advantage.
According to the company, the platform continually updates core systems by using enterprise knowledge from legacy data and operations to drive intelligent engineering.
At its core, NeoIP creates a dynamic layer that connects data, systems and processes, helping businesses proactively optimise, modernise and transform their operations.
The aim is to help enterprises struggling with fragmented legacy systems and data silos, which slow innovation and make continuous transformation difficult.

The company added that NeoIP natively connects with third-party AI agents through the model context protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A) standards, expanding the agent fabric for unified, cross-enterprise orchestration.
It enables organisations to continuously evolve, rather than through one-time transformation programmes, by making enterprise knowledge machines understandable.
It automates complex decisions, predicts and prevents issues before they occur and drives sustained innovation, the company said.
