E2E Networks Bags ₹177 Crore IndiaAI Mission Order, To Supply H200s to Gnani.ai

E2E Networks has won a ₹177 crore contract from MeitY’s IndiaAI Mission to supply GPU resources for building India’s foundational AI model.

The company said in an NSE filing that it has received a formal letter for the immediate allocation of H100 SXM and H200 SXM GPUs to Bengaluru-based Gnani.ai for building a foundational AI model for the country.

The resources, amounting to nearly 1.3 crore GPU hours over 360 days, will run on a single InfiniBand network fabric.

In a parallel move, E2E’s board recently approved the acquisition of assets from Coimbatore-based Jarvis Labs AI, a startup offering GPU cloud services for AI and deep learning. The acquisition covers IP, hardware, domains, and customer assets, further bolstering E2E’s AI/ML portfolio.

Jarvis Labs AI’s founder and CEO Vishnu Subramanian confirmed to AIM that he would be joining E2E Networks after the acquisition.

The IndiaAI mission’s compute pillar has so far operated through public-private partnerships with companies such as Jio Platforms, NxtGen Data Centre, Locuz Enterprise, E2E Networks, CtrlS DataCenters, CMS Computers, Orient Technologies, Tata Communications, Vensysco, and Yotta Data Services.

Gnani.ai is one of the four startups selected under the IndiaAI Mission. It had earlier said that under the IndiaAI Mission, the company is developing India’s first voice-focused LLM with 14 billion parameters covering over 40 languages, including more than 15 Indian languages.

Apart from this, the company also launched Inya.ai in July, which is a no-code agentic AI platform designed to help developers and enterprises deploy voice and chat agents across customer-facing workflows.
