IT services firm Mphasis has invested in Aokah, a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) company on July 25 that helps global businesses set up and run next-generation global capability centres (GCCs).
On July 10, Mphasis Corporation, USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mphasis, acquired a 26% preferred equity stake in Aokah.
The partnership aims to deliver AI-driven and human-led solutions that support the full lifecycle of global operations and GCCs, from setup to scaling and optimisation.
Through this move, Mphasis plans to help enterprises build high-performing GCCs that boost innovation, improve resilience, and deliver lasting impact.
“Combining Mphasis’ technology and scale with Aokah’s AI, human insight, and execution orchestration, removes friction from global transformation and delivery initiatives, helping organisations operate with greater agility and precision,” said Nitin Rakesh, CEO and MD of Mphasis, while adding that Aokah’s platform supports every stage of the GCC lifecycle.
The platform brings together real-time data, automation, and expert insights to help businesses make faster and smarter decisions.
At its core are five key engines namely, Program Wisdom, which keeps projects on track and prevents delays.
Geo Wisdom, which identifies the best-fit cities and regions for scalable and resilient growth. Talent Wisdom helps surface the right talent at the right time.
Ecosystem Wisdom manages vendor partnerships with built-in compliance and fallback options while Delivery Wisdom ensures smooth daily operations and achievement of business goals.“Aokah offers a smarter, faster, and risk-averse path to expand and improve global operations and GCCs,” said Atul Vashistha, chairman and CEO of Aokah.
