Nueromind Technologies (Phronetic AI), a deep-tech AI firm backed by Infibeam Avenues, has signed an MoU with Nawgati Tech, a leading innovator in India’s fuel and mobility infrastructure.
The collaboration aims to co-develop next-generation AI solutions for the fueling, fleet, and energy sectors by leveraging CCTV video inputs to automate reasoning and support accurate, real-time decision-making.
Unlocking an era of autonomy and efficiency across fuel and fleet networks through this collaboration, Vaibhav Kaushik, co-founder and CEO of Nawgati, said, “Our flagship platform, Aaveg, is deployed across thousands of fuel stations to monitor retail operations in real time, reduce pilferage, and ensure SOP compliance. Companies often struggle with improving operational efficiency and maintaining SOP compliance. While existing technologies can detect issues, they usually lack the reasoning ability to interpret video data and offer actionable, decision-oriented guidance.
Phronetic’s ABM platform solves this issue. It combines video language models (VLMs) with a contextual reasoning engine to interpret real-world environments and generate actionable insights. Field Agent, an Agentic AI system, uses these insights to drive real-time decisions and on-ground actions.
As part of their collaboration, Phronetic will deploy its Field and Desk AI Agents within Nawgati’s technology ecosystem to boost operational intelligence, automate customer interactions, and enable smarter decision-making across dynamic environments. The partnership also includes a joint go-to-market (GTM) strategy, through which the two companies will offer AI-powered solutions tailored for the fuel, fleet, and energy sectors.
By combining Nawgati’s extensive on-ground presence and its deep-tech Aaveg platform with Phronetic’s agentic AI capabilities, the collaboration aims to deliver impactful, scalable innovations across these critical industries.
