New Delhi-based IT services firm Coforge reported a 32% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth in FY 25, totalling ₹12,050.7 crore ($ 1.45 billion), while EBITDA increased by 31.7% YoY to ₹1,998.2 crore.
For the fourth quarter, Revenue stood at INR 3,409.9 crore ($403.5 million), up 3.4% QoQ. EBITDA for the quarter came in at US$68 million, a rise of 12.2% QoQ and 32.7% YoY, with margins improving by 134 basis points to 16.9%.
The company deepened its commitment to AI and digital transformation by launching a Generative AI Centre of Excellence in collaboration with ServiceNow.
The initiative focuses on delivering genAI-powered solutions for clients in financial services and travel sectors, including applications in payment automation, fraud detection, dispute management, and digital ops resilience.
NelsonHall, a leading analyst firm, recognised the company for its leadership in cognitive and self-healing IT infrastructure services, highlighting its innovation in automation and AI-driven IT operations.
“FY25 was an exceptional year where the firm grew 32% in CC terms — driven by 11 large deal wins and broad-based growth across all our verticals and geographies,” Sudhir Singh, CEO and executive director, Coorge said.
This company witnessed a record order intake of US$2.1 billion in the fourth quarter, with five large deals signed across North America, the UK, and APAC. The firm’s 12-month executable order book surged to US$1.5 billion, reflecting a 47.7% YoY and 10.3% QoQ increase.
Coforge ended the fiscal year with 33,497 employees, adding 603 net new hires in Q4, and showing a 35.5% YoY increase in headcount. Attrition remained low at 10.9%, one of the lowest in the Indian IT industry, and improved by 20 bps over the past year.
Coforge also retained its Pega Global Elite Partner status for the second consecutive year.
The company’s comparatively strong revenue growth follows the quarter’s trend, where small and mid-sized IT firms like Persistent Systems, LTTS, and MPhasis are outpacing their larger counterparts like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro.
