Atlassian announced on Thursday that its enterprise AI solution, Rovo, will now be available to all customers, starting with premium and enterprise users of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
Mike Cannon-Brookes, cofounder and CEO, announced the news at the company’s annual Team ’25 conference in Anaheim, California.
“AI isn’t a nice-to-have anymore – it’s a must-have for teams that want to win,” Cannon-Brookes said “Over a million people use AI on the Atlassian platform each month, and that number’s growing fast.”
Alongside the broader rollout of Rovo, Atlassian also introduced Rovo Studio, a new low-code/no-code app for building custom AI-powered agents. This tool enables users to automate workflows, model real-world objects with schemas, and create interactive content views via hubs. Developers can also leverage Forge to customise agents or extend app functionality.
As part of Atlassian’s Rovo AI enhancement, Rovo now integrates with over 50 third-party platforms, including OneDrive, Gmail, and Notion, minimising information silos. New enhancements to Rovo Chat—such as the upcoming Deep Research feature—enable the synthesis of insights from organisational data for long-term strategic planning.
Atlassian also introduced out-of-the-box Rovo agents to improve team collaboration, developer support, and service delivery. These tools are powered by Teamwork Graph, a data intelligence layer mapping billions of work-related connections to optimise AI functionality.
“We’re not just focused on the Fortune 500, we’re aiming to reach the Fortune 500,000 and beyond,” Cannon-Brookes added.
Additionally, Atlassian also introduced two curated product sets: the Teamwork Collection and the Strategy Collection. The former includes Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo agents designed to foster collaboration and decision-making across teams. The latter connects leadership with strategic execution, combining the apps Focus, Talent, and Jira Align.
The Focus app, now generally available, lets leaders monitor strategic goals in real time. The newly launched Talent app provides a live view of workforce allocation and includes a Talent Finder agent to identify employees with skills matching project demands. Align offers organisation-wide planning from concept to delivery and is now included in the Strategy Collection at no additional cost for existing customers.
To meet the demands of highly regulated industries, Atlassian previewed the Atlassian Isolated Cloud, set to launch in 2026. This virtual private cloud solution is aimed at organisations handling sensitive data. It follows the launch of Atlassian Government Cloud, which is currently in early access for US government agencies.
